I initially gave the V14 Pro a 5-star rating, but now I'm updating my review to a 1-star rating, until someone explains to me what the hell is going on with my ride, and how to rectify my situation. I really enjoyed riding my V14 Pro for the first week since receiving it. However, that's where the enjoyment ended. For the last couple of weeks after that, or roughly 75% of the time I've had the V14 Pro, I've ran into one technical issue after another. First, I had a blowout with my tire tube after only one week of riding the V14 Pro. I didn't even hit anything. Maybe the tire pressure was too low, but the app or the screen on the V14 Pro doesn't tell you. Inmotion was out of V14 tubes, so I had to order one off of eWheels. Eventually, I replaced the tube for the tire. When I started trying to ride my V14 Pro again, the tire was snaking and I was heavily imbalanced, leaning leftward. Then, the adhesive on the fairing plates wore out after only two weeks of operation, which caused me to veer off into tallgrass on the side of the road. Inmotion needs to stop selling fairing plates with adhesive, as the weather can greatly affect the adhesive, especially if you live in a hot and humid place, and it becomes increasingly dangerous to control a wheel moving 30+ mph once the plates fall from between your legs. Finally, one of the battery packs had a screw drilled into one of the cables. Another battery had its cable awkwardly twisted into the brace that connects the cables together. When I tried to readjust one of the batteries after also noticing the balance was slightly off compared to the other battery packs, the battery sparked and went out, so now I can't even turn my V14 Pro on. It's pretty much bricked at this point. Unfortunately, all the battery pack parts are also sold out. Also, I noticed a few of the screws and braces were either screwed too tight or horribly screwed on. I took great care of my V14 Pro as best as I could to prevent any unwanted technical problems, but I guess it didn't matter in the end. I've been trying to contact customer support via their email, but they're very sluggish to respond, often coming to a resolution either after I've figured out the issue on my own, or when another issue arises. There needs to be a support phone number so people can assess their issues more quickly. I'm so mad right now, because I spent almost $3,000 on the V14 Pro, plus extra money on replacement parts that would've went towards gear and third-party accessories. Now, I'm sitting around with $3,000 gone, a faulty V14 Pro that's pretty much a dud at this point, and no feasible form of transportation. I probably should've just put a down payment on another car. I really wanted to enjoy and support the V14 Pro, but the mountain of issues I'm having within the first week or so after purchase is keeping me from doing so. Hardly anybody else went through these issues within the first few weeks of their purchase, therefore, I had trust in this product to be worthwhile for the price tag. Can somebody please rectify my situation, and maybe I can once again give the V14 Pro a 5-star rating?

I never owned a EUC. I'm 58 years old, and decided get it now, before I get any older. My first try standing on it, I felt like I just wasted a ton a money, and made a huge mistake. But I tried balancing on it with it turned off and holding a chair on either side. After 10 minutes it felt better. I rode it in my office around holding the edge of the conference table and then went 8 feet on my own power. it tipped over and the tire burned a hole in the carpet, oops. I took it home the next day, I rode it up and down my 100 foot fence line. I crashed about 25 times. Finally I made it 100 yards, then 200 years. Then I took it in a huge church parking lot. Went 7.2 miles in circles. This will take a while to perfect, but at least I can ride it in a straight line with a few turns. So after about 3 hours I got the hang of it. Now to perfect it. I know this is for a different wheel, but my experience could happen to you with this wheel as well.
I have been dealing with customer service for almost 12 weeks now trying to get them to refund their product, a V12S that broke on me twice. I had been riding the wheel for about 5 days doing normal use on it and then it developed a motor fault making it completely unusable. I got stranded away from home and had to get a ride home. After weeks trying to get the customer service to do something, they finally fixed it under warranty - instead of giving a refund like I requested. Three weeks after I received the fixed wheel, which they had broken the kickstand on by the way, the same motor fault happened again. I am not sure if they put another bad piece in or just did something to the software for a little while to keep it quiet. Now the wheel has been unusable for almost six weeks and they still won't give me a refund and have offered to give me a new, lower-tier wheel. They have not offered to give me $600 to make up the difference in price I paid. When you buy a $2000 product, I believe it should work flawlessly and be as premium as the company says, otherwise you should get your money back.
Please don't waste your time and money like I did with Inmotion.

The V14 Pro feels like a fever dream. I can’t begin to explain how much excitement and dopamine I get from each trip. Life itself feels way more exciting when you have an EUC by your side (especially during these uncertain times).

This is my first EUC. At first, I thought I made a mistake by not buying a beginner model to train on, but then I realized how quick it was to gain experience behind EUCs in general. Now that I’ve gotten past the steeper end of the learning curve, I can enjoy the versatility the V14 Pro has to offer.

One thing I must add, I did endure leg, feet, and back strains starting off, but it became less common as I learned how to properly adjust my body.

The nearly $3,000 I spent for the V14 Pro overachieves in satisfaction for me. I can see myself riding one for the next five years and beyond. Hopefully, I can encourage my friends and my local community to consider purchasing and tackling the skill set behind an InMotion EUC too.
