I purchased climber, my very first electric scooter, and have to say, it’s the best bang for your buck in terms of the features and good balance of decent power and range. After researching through many other options and alternatives from other makes, am glad I ended up with this purchase. Dual motor is a great addition and unbeatable for the electric scooter around $500 price point.
Also had great experience with the customer support where they effectively addressed my concerns for the partial refund I had received for the other order which I had cancelled for S1. Got the climber for my son for Christmas, and he's loving it. Plenty of power (maybe too much for him, so we keep things on the slower setting), great build quality so far, the app works easily and has great features, and and I like that it has a BMS to keep the batteries lasting longer. I've tested it myself before handing it over, and so far, it's a fantastic scooter. Highly recommended!
As for the customer service, I see a bunch of unhappy reviews, but in the few interactions I had with service, it went quickly and smoothly. (Email based) I'm more than happy with the service I got.
I just bought it and when I opened the box, it made a noise. The brake disc is bent and causing the sound, and when I tried to contact support, I didn't receive any help.

Great product. It's just that, do to the lack of Suspension I've have lost a bolt off my left handle and you don't provide a spare for that one like the other bolts. I knew should have check the bolts.
Great product. The actual scooter is dast and well built. It took them a week to get it to shipping, though. Customer support was helpful, the responses took up to 1 day to come though.
