All new electric unicycles, electric scooters, and accessories purchased directly through the official INMOTION website are eligible for our official return, exchange, and warranty services. refurbished items are excluded.
Products purchased from second-hand markets or from unauthorized retailers or distributors are not eligible for official return, exchange, or warranty services.
Kindly review our returns and exchanges policy carefully and thoroughly to fully understand our terms.
PURCHASED BUT NOT SHIPPED (CANCELLATION):
Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 3.6% credit card or 4.4% PayPal processing fee.
PURCHASED AND SHIPPED (CANCELLATION):
1. A 3.6% credit card or 4.4% PayPal processing fee will be applied.
2. Additional costs apply for recalling packages already in transit.
Tips: Refunds will be processed once the package is returned and the recall costs are confirmed.
● If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the return is due to our error (for example, damaged or incorrect items), the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
● Consumers are allowed to apply for return or exchange for unopened items within 15 days after signing for the goods.
PRE-ORDERS/BACKORDERS CANCELLATIONS:
For all pre-orders/backorder, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship. Any pre-order or backorder canceled before shipment is eligible for a partial refund of 95.6%–96.4% of the total order amount, depending on the payment method used.
THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED (UNUSED):

No returns are accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, free of dirt, dust, or odors, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED FOR RETURNS
The original packaging must be used when returning the products. If it's missing, the buyer must get the package box at their own expense. under all circumstances and is fully responsible for any transit damage. Even with original packaging, proper repacking is required.
Returns may be rejected or subject to a deduction if items arrive damaged due to poor packaging or are lost during shipping. We strongly recommend keeping all original materials and taking photos before shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Refurbished products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Products ridden in heavy rain are not eligible for return.

Products returned in excessively dirty condition will be rejected.

Products that have been involved in collisions or falls resulting in visible damage are not eligible for return.

Modified or tampered products (e.g., color changes, use of non-original parts, or electrical alterations) cannot be returned.

All parts and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Minor Cosmetic Imperfections: Small scratches, paint chips, or other minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the functionality or safety of the scooter or unicycle are not considered defects.

Packaging Damage: Damaged or dented packaging boxes are intended to protect the product inside and do not qualify as product defects.

Expected Performance Variations: Differences in speed, range, or climbing ability may occur depending on rider weight, riding style, battery condition, and road surface. Such variations are normal and not considered product defects.
Quality-Related Returns (Within 7 Days)
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product experiences a quality issue within 7 days of activation or first use, which affects its normal operation or poses a safety risk, it is considered a Dead on Arrival (DOA) case.
We will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly. In most cases, we will provide free replacement parts or complimentary repair service.
Our goal is to ensure you ride with safety and confidence. If the problem cannot be resolved through repair, we are committed to assisting you with a replacement or return when necessary.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of activation or first use.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
In very rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons. In such case, please contact our customer service team at customers@inmotionworld.com with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.
NOTICE: Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 7 days will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will inspect returned items within three (3) business days of receipt. If the condition matches your description, a refund will be issued immediately. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

POLICY UPDATES
