Coverage Overview:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural and mechanical parts of INMOTION electric unicycles and scooters under normal use for 12 months from the delivery date.
Note: Spare parts and accessories are not covered, except for items defective on arrival or damaged in transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.
Warranty Details:
1. The warranty is automatically registered to the original purchaser or recipient.
2. A valid proof of purchase from INMOTION website is required; this warranty is non-transferable.
3. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of first use.
4. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the INMOTION official website. If purchased through an authorized distributor, the warranty will be handled by that distributor.
5. If the product arrives damaged within 7 days of delivery, INMOTION will cover the return shipping cost for customers within the United States. For warranty repairs after 7 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the service center. For international customers, shipping costs for warranty parts or repairs will apply.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the warranty policy in effect on the date of purchase.

Our Warranty Support Covers Two Main Areas:
1. Replacement Parts
To help you get back on the road quickly, once your warranty claim is approved, INMOTION will provide the required replacement parts and detailed support materials — including installation guides, repair videos, and remote technical assistance — to assist with the repair process.
2. Authorized Repair Service
If you’re unable or prefer not to perform the repair yourself, INMOTION can coordinate service through an authorized repair partner. Customers are responsible for any shipping, labor, or tax-related costs, as well as for parts not covered under warranty. You may also choose to deliver your unit directly to the repair facility to avoid shipping fees.
Exclusions from INMOTION Warranty Coverage

Water Damage: Issues caused by water, moisture, or corrosion are not covered.

Overloading: Damage from exceeding the product’s weight limit is excluded.

Crash or Impact: Any damage from accidents, falls, or collisions is not covered.

Unauthorized Modifications: Altering or opening components (especially the battery) voids the warranty.

Improper Charging: Using non-approved or incompatible chargers is not covered.

Lack of Maintenance: Neglecting maintenance or using improper tools is excluded.

Misuse or Ignoring Guidelines: Not following safety or usage instructions voids coverage.

Extreme Conditions: Damage from heat, cold, humidity, or corrosive environments is excluded.

Software & Firmware:Using non-official software or firmware modifications voids the warranty.

Normal Wear: Cosmetic wear such as scratches, fading, or tire wear is not covered.

Commercial Use: Products used for rentals, delivery, or competition are not covered.

Unauthorized Repairs: Third-party or self-repairs without approval void the warranty.

Improper Use: Using the product outside its intended purpose is excluded.

Expired Warranty: Parts beyond their warranty period are not eligible for service.
Claim Process
Submit your order details, proof of purchase, SN number and photos/videos of the issue to INMOTION contact us. Within 1-3 business days, our team will provide a response with instructions and/or follow-up questions to process your warranty claim. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Legal Disclaimer and Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty represents the sole warranty provided by INMOTION, superseding all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
INMOTION’s responsibility is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of defective parts as outlined in this policy. The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, time, or financial loss.
Liability under this warranty is confined to the specific remedies described herein and excludes all other claims based on contract, negligence, or other legal theories.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you.
You may have additional legal rights under applicable state or local laws. This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of purchase, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of that state.
INMOTION reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
