I would give this zero stars, but that is not an option!
This product failed after six months of use. Began working with customer service on repairs. I am now six months with no resolution, their customer service is not helpful and they will not stand by their product failing. They sent me a replacement part that doesn’t even fit this scooter, and will not send me replacement scooter or any full or partial refund. They have not helped me fix this at all. Extremely dissatisfied. For the amount of money that was paid for this, if they stood by their product products, they would have made this right long ago.
Battery life i didn’t like, its slow and if you want to go fast the battery will be able like per 15 minutes, the only way to keep your battery its on eco mode that is 15 mph too slow and doesn’t even have the power enogh for enjoy it, trash for that much money
My scooter rear tire wore out and started chunking after 6 months of use. It was not covered under warranty. I asked for a replacement tire but was told they don’t have one. So I bought a replacement wheel with motor for $250. After spending hours replacing it, my scooter didn’t work. My brakes was acting as a throttle. I have been working with customer service for almost a month now and come to the conclusion that they are glorified parts changers. They want me to replace unrelated parts and so I gave up. Now I have a $1000 paper weight after only getting 6 months of use. I will never again buy another InMotion product. Very disappointed with this company.

Bought two for the kids, after about 3 months neither of them will even turn on, I wish there were easier ways to get these things looked at

This scooter has good features, especially for the price. It rides very well, even better than some other's in its price range.
Why it's hard to recommend is because of it's durability. I bought two to use in March in Miami and by May they both stopped working for completely different reasons. Tech support has been okay, but that's benefitted from me taking apart the scooter to show them the exact damaged parts I found. Not everyone will have that advantage. I originally sent a video showing the scotter wasn't turning on and they said it was the battery. I tested the battery with a multimeter and it clearly wasn't the issue... so support could be better.
In the end, I was able to get the replacement parts sent to me (one I had to purchase) and I'll make the repairs myself and try to get a season out of them.
