Thank you for visiting the INMOTION booth! We’re thrilled you’re interested in experiencing our electric unicycles. For everyone’s safety and clarity, please read and sign the waiver below before your test ride. Upon completion, you’ll receive an email confirmation—show it to our staff to begin your ride!

In consideration of being permitted to test ride an InMotion electric unicycle, I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. I understand that operating an electric unicycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: loss of control, collisions, mechanical failure, bodily injury, and even death. I freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. I acknowledge that electric unicycles may operate at high speeds and require balance, coordination, and physical ability. I am voluntarily participating in the test ride with full knowledge of these risks.

3. I have been advised to ride within my skill level, wear appropriate safety gear including a helmet and follow all safety instructions given by InMotion representatives.

4. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and discharge
HONGKONG LEMOTION CO., LIMITED and GLOBAL PEV SOLUTIONS LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind—whether arising from negligence or otherwise—that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the test ride.

5. I expressly waive any rights I may have under any applicable law or statute that would otherwise limit the effectiveness of this release, including laws providing that a general release does not extend to unknown or unsuspected claims.

6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to my participation in the test ride, including any claims brought by third part

7. I represent that:

• I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would impair my ability to operate the electric unicycle.
• I am at least 18 years of age or above the age of majority in the state where the test ride occurs.
• I have received instruction from an InMotion representative on the operation, safety, and braking mechanisms of the electric unicycle.
• I understand how to mount, dismount, maintain balance, and stop safely.

8. This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the test ride takes place.

9. If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. I understand this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
