1. When will my order be shipped?
The P6 electric unicycle is currently available for preorder. Orders will begin shipping after 12/15, processed in the order they were received. Full-payment orders will be prioritized and shipped first.
2. What are the benefits of placing a preorder?
Full-price orders placed between Oct. 11 and Nov. 10 will receive a gift bundle worth over $1000:

3. What is included in the P6's warranty and after-sales service?
Customers who purchase the P6 with full payment will receive +1 Year Extended Warranty (Motor, Battery, and Controller for an additional year). Besides, full-payment customers are VIPs at our U.S. Service Center, with priority repairs, factory parts, and most issues resolved within 72 hours.
4. How does the $1,000 preorder deposit for the P6 work?
Paying the $1,000 preorder deposit reserves your P6 electric unicycle in the first production batch and locks your price. Pay the remaining balance by Dec 15 to keep your place in line. Orders begin shipping after Dec 15, fulfilled in the order received; full-payment orders are prioritized.
5. Can I switch from a deposit to full payment?
Yes. Contact INMOTION Customer Support (customers@inmotionworld.com) to switch to full payment anytime before Nov 10. Full-payment orders qualify for priority shipping and the full-payment gift bundle (available Oct 11–Nov 10).
6. What happens if I don’t pay the balance by Nov 10?
If the balance isn’t paid by the deadline, your preorder may be canceled and the unit released. We’ll email reminders in advance and help arrange next steps if needed.
