I would not recommend INMOTION based on my warranty experience.
I received my V11Y on March 23rd, reported issues on March 26th, and have only been able to ride it for about two weeks in total, partially for repair confirmation. For over two months, I have been working with customer service to resolve a motor issue, and my wheel is still sitting disassembled in my house.
INMOTION offered to send a replacement motor under warranty, but they shipped the wrong motor—a V8S motor instead of a V11Y motor. After I notified them, they had to verify their records before authorizing the return. They then created return labels with expiration deadlines without first confirming my availability or transportation situation. I explained that I currently do not have an operational car and have practical limitations for shipping the motor, but those details have repeatedly been overlooked.
Throughout this process, I have experienced frequent delays, incomplete responses to questions, and repeated situations where information provided in my emails was not addressed. At this point, I have had to limit my emails to one question at a time in hopes of receiving a direct response.
My concern is not that mistakes happened. Mistakes happen. My concern is the lack of communication, the failure to account for customer circumstances before creating deadlines, and the amount of time it has taken to resolve what should have been a straightforward warranty claim.
As of June 21st, my V11Y remains out of service and I still do not have a resolution.

It was well packaged, arrived when it said it would and came ready to ride, im still getting used to it, and it wobbles on me but its a learning curve, ill get it down in no time
I have purchased V11Y month ago and building riding skills three week in short daily sessions. So far I am impressed by ease and stability of this wheel. My weight and size always wa an obstacle for any such activity, but not anymore. The choice of V11Y was my best guess as absolute beginner. YouTube short videos were enough to get on the wheel and after ony 12 km I perform with confidence what theory shows.
Highly recommended EUC for any city needs
A bit more than 6months after purchase, I can say this is/was a great “starter” wheel for learning and I haven’t “out grown” it. It’s a good “all around” wheel!!!
Absolutely love the thing. Brand new to the euc scene and looks like im the only one I my area but they are a blast!
