After upgrading from a Leaperkim Sherman Max, I have to say this wheel is on another level. The huge suspension, the insanely powerful motor, and the rugged futuristic look all come together in a way that feels unreal. I have owned it for about three weeks now and put over 350 miles on it, and honestly, it is the coolest device I have ever owned. It is quick and sporty when I want to push it, but it is also great for calm and chill rides around the city.
I almost never ride off road or touch mountain bike trails, but this wheel actually made me feel confident on rough terrain and steep paths I would normally avoid. Overall, it is an amazing mix of safety, technology, design, and power all in one package.

I got one of these that arrived on 4/20/2026 and I haven’t been able to ride it once. It instantly takes off to 63 mph which is also faster than it is advertised as it’s “Top Speed” then turns off. I have done everything the company has asked me to do and yet here’s their response:

You have continued to provide the same video repeatedly, but we still have not received the additional information and proof requested by our technical team. We have asked multiple times for the required diagnostic information, but it has still not been provided.
As mentioned previously:
* Connect the unit to the app
* Upload the diagnostic logs
(App → Vehicle → Settings → Diagnosis → Upload Log)
* Place the unit in a stable position using the kickstand and power it on normally
* Provide a screenshot of the speed settings page in the app
The current video alone is not sufficient for us to technically verify the cause of the issue.
However, to demonstrate INMOTION’s goodwill and willingness to resolve your case, we have already agreed to accept the return for inspection and verification at our service center.
Once the product is received, our technical team will complete a full inspection. If a product defect is confirmed, we will arrange a refund or replacement accordingly.

Love this as much as I thought 🤩
It is an extremely fun and exhilarating to ride. The v14 is perfect for me getting around town on road or off road. I bought it for transportation but i will have an absolute blast on it for years to come.
