I bought an Inmotion V8s, expecting a beautiful bike with glossy sidewalls and pretty LED lighting, but instead I got something the color of asphalt. My worst expectations were fulfilled: learning to ride it was extremely difficult and questionable. It's a dangerous, heavy piece of equipment. I've never experienced such fear on a motorcycle. I have no complaints about the quality.

This EUC was really good, and it can go fast as 21mph. It's recommended for someone who wants to ride the EUC. I did practice from E20 model which leads me to the V8 model.
I purchased a V8S electric unicycle as a gift. The unit was delivered on Monday, and after charging it for approximately six hours, I disconnected the charger and attempted to power it on the following day. The unicycle would not start. Pressing the power button causes the lights to flash briefly once and then immediately turn off. The product has never functioned properly since it was received.
I promptly contacted InMotion through the app seeking assistance, only to be told that the app was for presales support despite there being a repair option within the application. I was then instructed to submit photos and videos via email, which I did immediately. After receiving only an automated acknowledgment, I received no meaningful response or assistance for several days.
It was not until I publicly expressed my concerns on X and Instagram regarding the defective product and lack of support that I finally received a response. As a customer, that is not the level of service I expected when purchasing a premium product.
I also purchased the additional three-year protection plan and shipping insurance specifically to ensure that any issues would be handled quickly and efficiently. Instead, I have spent nearly a week attempting to obtain assistance for a product that arrived defective and has never worked.
Furthermore, I do not understand why I must wait until Monday to receive a prepaid return label. Every additional day extends an already frustrating process and further delays resolution of an issue that was reported immediately after delivery

I recently purchased a inmotion v8s from inmotion. The wheel arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The wheel is very well made and I have yet to charge it after a week of riding it in my house. My only complaint is the wheel has a small thin tire so it doesn't like my bumpy sandy yard. I really wanted a v14 pro for that reason but the v8s is the perfect beginner wheel.
