Guys don’t buy this version it’s so bad I already fall down and had serious injuries in my knee and elbows please don’t buy it. Two hours ago I was about to die because a small tinny curb in the side walk. Maybe the new version is better.

After receiving my one wheel and realized it had a faulty motor I reached back out to the company to request for it to be fixed they ended up sending me a brand new motor, wheel , hub and mount assembly which fixed the issue completely. Very satisfied with they’re customer service
Its cool looking but don't leave up to its potential but its a good travel wheel
Packaging for my V8S was very secure and sturdy. Setup was easy; glad the transportation mode was set right from the factory. Currently learning so bought the associated cover as well. All in all, happy with my purchase!
