Customer Reviews
Label issue caused a delay in shipment from FedEx,,took 8 days to arrive. On arrival, it seems like one battery dead and mudguard broken.I'm working with tech support now, but item should not arrive with so many issues out of the box. I still haven't ridden it after having it for almost a week.
Dear Phillip,
Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Due to the Christmas holiday peak, shipping delays with FedEx were unfortunately beyond our control, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused. That said, we fully understand your frustration—this is not how a product should arrive out of the box.
Regarding the product issues you mentioned, our customer support and technical teams are already involved and are prioritizing your case to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get everything properly fixed so you can return to enjoying your ride without further delay.
We sincerely apologize for this experience and thank you for your patience while we make this right.

I just opened an off-road "elecreation" park on my Christmas tree farm in central Virginia and I really needed to settle on something to ride that could handle the terrain, was cutting edge technology, and could possibly help with some of my management of the farm and campground. The problem was, I didn't WANT to settle. In the 5 years of scheming up and working towards this pipe dream, I kept my eye out for a game changer. Stark? Cool but I have been around dirtbikes and atv's my whole life. Onewheel? I snowboard so my interest was peaked when the GT came on the scene. Still, the land demanded more. Same thing with the mini RCR 3 wheeler. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Enter the V14Pro. It's got it all! I'd never ridden a EUC but knew I'd pick it up eventually. Still, 30 minutes into my first attempt I was starting to feel every one of my 50 years. 15 minutes later, with a grin on my face and wind in my hair, I knew I'd made the best choice and one hell of an electric future!
I love it! It was just asking me what I thought it was and just as fun as I thought it would be such a smooth ride. Already doing jumps off of stuff. Didn't even mess with the suspension yet. Didn't even customize it yet. Just having fun. I'll get to it eventually 😁
There's so much that I love about the v14. I have 3 of them. I'm going to out line what I wish they'd update since these are my only complaints.
~~~ White plastic get dirty and scuffed up fast. Then it doesn't clean. Because of this, it takes from the positive appearance and build quality quickly. My original 50s came in black, which I love.
Lastly, the Birm Setting needs to have a percentage or angle value we can explore. Having a setting that is simply on or off is just dangerous and unacceptable. I've got a killer wack in the shin causing me to limp for many days while learning that this a big problem. Inmotion please make a change to this in the software.
I love this wheel. It"s heavier then the one I learned on. But Wow! I've been riding all my life, motorcycles, dirt bikes, atv's, and BMX. Then when introduced to the EUC. I found a whole new riding experience that i absolutely Love.
