The Adventure adopts high-end, fatigue-resistant, and stress-relaxation-resistant alloy springs used in premium off-road motorcycles and automobiles. Never had one until now and couldn’t be more pleased. V14pro came in the mail with in 3 business days and was everything I expected. Kick stand broke(probably due to over tightening) and in 5 mins the INMOTION team had another one set for delivery to my house. Highly Recommended!
Horrible horrible horrible. You took my money and gave me a defective product that should be completely replaced with a new unit. This unit was DOA and guys know it. I’m gonna seek legal advice. Thanks.
It's my\n Very first unicycle be 14, it's everything that I wanted. I'm proud of it, I'm learning and I like to get better at what I'm doing, but with the studies and continues, I will do it. And one other thing I'd like to know if I can get another instruction manual, because mine's got lost.

I purchased a high-value electric unicycle (nearly $3,000) and paid an additional ~$52 for a “worry-free purchase/shipping” option. The unicycle itself arrived in good cosmetic condition, but the small accessory box had a hole in it, and several required items were missing — including Allen wrenches, screws, and custom spacer plates for the pedals.
After contacting support, I was told the parts were out of stock and that I should go to a local hardware store to replace them. This is not a valid solution, as the spacer plates are custom components. Support later acknowledged that the parts are on backorder and may have been lost, but no replacement timeline was provided.
I then requested a refund of the worry-free shipping fee, since the service did not deliver what it promised. After that request, communication stopped and I have not received a response.
This isn’t about the $50 — it’s about paying for a service that wasn’t honored and receiving no accountability afterward. Very disappointing experience for a premium-priced product.
