This is my first EUC after years of motorcycles.
It’s great fun, I have 150 miles on it now and haven’t had any issues. It’s taken a lot of drops/falls and seems to be holding up really well.
I am new to riding EUC's. At 67 years old, I wanted a challenge. It was either this or the OneWheel. I choose Inmotion's V14 Pro. A big financial commitment... but I was commited to learn something new and decided to skip the lower cost wheels as my primary riding will be off road. The shipping took a little longer than stated by a couple of days. The customer service has been great so far with my quesitons being answered quickly. ThIs EUC seems very well build. I'm happy with my purchase. Thank goodness for Youtube to be able to watch different people share on learning to ride a EUC. Overall... I'd purchase it again. Very well packaged!
I had a V14 Pro show up on a funny day 4/20/26 and it from the start was acting weird. Within 3 days it would, and still will, immediately take off to 63 mph and then just turn off soon as you hit the on button.
Talked back and forth with this company Inmotion and they kept “trying” to fix it.
Nope. I did EVERYTHING they asked and was still shut down and treated like I was the one who was wrong.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I filed a complaint against Inmotion USA which is the copart to the Chinese company who owns it.
I have set foot on 6 of this planets 7 continents and I’ve seen China. Yes it’s beautiful in its structures and architecture a bunch of food, but shitballs for being actually worth craftsmanship in construction… and I’m a machinist who used to be a engineer so daily I make things within .0000”-.0002”
I know how to build shit, inmotion DOES NOT

I got a V14 Pro that soon as it is turned on it tries to go 63 mph then shuts off. Inmotion has told me to hold the power button for 40 seconds which in my last review I attempted it and it still immediately goes 63 mph and then off, just like before. The problem is that they are incapable of seeing that they sent me a faulty product to which I’m hearing they have a bad reputation with this issue. They still haven’t sent me a return shipping label so I can just return it. I’ve now contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them about inmotionworld.com.
THEY HAVE A SCAM MENTALITY DON’T BUY THIS POS!!!
I added the video again and I’ll be keeping this up until they actually act like a decent company and do the right thing.
