After a month of dealing with single responses a day, being sent ANOTHER faulty piece of equipment, and even having my emails blocked from being recieved at one point, I demanded a full refund or a new euc, which I had paid for. The one I recieved had SO MUCH DAMAGE and I was told by the email team that its assured to be brand new. THE MOTOR WAS GLUED ON TO THE AXEL BECAUSE THE DAMAGE TO THE HANGERS WAS SO EXTENSIVE AND I NEVER GOT A WORKING EUC. Dont buy from these people. They may have been great at one point but this is a RIDICULOUS drop is customer quality and assurance

1. There was preexisting damage on the outer shell upon arrival. I got 1 good ride in before the valve tore off the inner tube. Upon replacing the inner tube, damage within the unit was also found. Connection housings arrears clipped and covered in putty. And once disconnected, the hall sensor now claims it's failed.. all after 1 ride.... im very disappointed. This was my only vehicle and I am now left with nothing and a,possibly, $600 fix for what was supposed to be a new machine but does not appear to be. Definitely could be. But then the build quality was extremely shotty. I want to cry.

Great wheel to learn on. Could of made lights more brighter for night rides but still a great light show it can put on.
